The Silicon Valley giant announced in a news statement that the spatial computer would go on sale to the general public on February 2.

On Monday, the business launched a commercial for the headset that included pop culture references such as "Young Frankenstein," Snoopy, "Star Wars," and "Back to the Future."

It ended with just two words: "Get ready." Some people observed that the commercial reminded them of Apple's initial iPhone commercial from 2007.

The mixed reality headset was first introduced in June of last year at the Worldwide Developer Conference.
